Each piece of furniture purchased in our store, you can advertise on the basis of non-conformity. In case of finding defect, you can choose one of four ways to proceed. You can request: to repair the goods, exchange the product for a new, lower value of the goods or termination of contract, if the defect is significant .  


Complaint shall not be  

The complaint is unfounded when the product will have cover damage caused by the fault of the user (use of the product for purposes other than its intended use), improper maintenance, defects resulting from improper storage of the product and accidents. Goods not subject to the complaint as well, when the wrong choice of color fabric and dyeing wood, as well as the erroneous imposition of space for furniture. In the case of an unjustified complaint, the goods returned at the expense of the customer. If the complaint is recognized, all expenses covered by the shop MeblujemyDOM. 



If you purchased in our store furniture have manufacturing defects or after unpacking it turns out that the goods are damaged during shipping, please do not hesitate to inform us of this fact by telephone, email or letter. In the case of shipping damage, please prepare damage report of the goods (properly completed protocol is necessary to consider the complaint). Upon receipt of your application, Service Office immediately proceed to its implementation. Our shop within 14 calendar days will inform you by phone or email of the outcome. If the complaint is accepted, we will replace or repair the defective parts, and when this is not possible - replace the product with a new one. You have the right to withdraw from the contract if the repair is impossible, too expensive or expose you to additional inconvenience. 

Notification of the complaint can be made by phone, email or letter. In the latter two cases, you should send a written statement of deficiencies along with their contact information, or fill out a complaint form, which is given below:

Return the goods

Under the laws of each client is entitled to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving any reason. To make a refund must be made a statement in writing or by e-mail, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal by the consumer is excluded in case of:

  • start - with the consent of the consumer - the provision of services by, before the expiry of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract;
  • contracts for services for which the price or remuneration depends solely on price movements in the financial market ;

  • goods with the characteristics specified by the consumer in order or closely associated with his person (in particular goods prepared according to individual needs, as defined by the size or customized type of fabric and color of wood);

  • benefits, which due to their nature can not be returned or whose subject is perishable;

Returned merchandise (unchanged) should be delivered to the registered office of MP STUDIO at its own expense, within 14 days from the date of delivery of notice of withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance. Along with the product should provide the original receipt or a VAT invoice on which the store will refund the money for purchased products.  The amount of the refund will be accounted for 100% of the value purchased goods and the cost of delivery, but only up to the the cheapest shipping option available for your product. If you return goods purchased in installments, after sending of the goods, cancel the loan at the bank, which it granted. Termination of the credit agreement with a bank can make only a consumer who signed it. Must submit a statement of withdrawal from the credit agreement, the shop will return to the account of the bank's value of the loan.
