How can I buy furniture in the store MeblujemyDOM?
Orders may be placed by adding goods to a virtual shopping cart in the store and fill out the form. The various stages of the ordering is simple and intuitive. You can also write an email, call or request to contact our Customer Service team. Then we will help you through the process of ordering in the shop or we make them for you.
Do I have to create an account at the store to place an order?
No. Just add products to a virtual shopping cart and choose products without registering an account. You will need to enter your address information to perform the contract, and the account will not be created. You can also order furniture by phone or e-mail .
I want to choose the fabric, but I'm not sure the color shown on the page. What should I do?
Please, contact by phone or e-mail our Customer Service. We may send you e-mail photos of real fabric or post to your home address we will provide a sample of the material for comparison.
I placed the order, but I want to order another product. Can I combine these orders?
Yes. You can make additional purchases on the site, and we combine them into one order. You can also tell us about it by e-mail or phone - then we add the selected items to an existing order, and you will not have to pay for additional transport.
How long is the realization of the order?
The delivery time depends on the manufacturer of the furniture. In the case of products offered by us is a period of no longer than 28 days. At the card for each product, in addition to the cost of supplies you will find information on the time of shipment. For the dates consists of the time required to produce a piece of furniture, deliver it to our warehouse and delivery orders to you. We always make every best to the ordered furniture reach to you as soon as possible.
Yes. To receive an invoice, select this option in the order form. If you buy a phone or e-mail, please let our consultant about wanting receipt of this document. Normally we issue fiscal receipt for each purchase.
Can I get furniture assembled, whether itself have to be submitted?
It depends on the kind of furniture and the same manufacturer. In the description of each item to announce that the furniture is for self-assembly, or are supplied in ready. If the card of product does not have information about the self-assembly, it means that the furniture will ship as assembled. If the goods is intended for submission, you will receive it in the form of packages along with installation instructions.
Is the furniture shop offers are warranted?
Yes, all products sold by us are covered by a standard 2-year warranty. In the case of some furniture, this period may be longer. Then you can find such information in card of the product.
How can I pay for the furniture?
We offer several payment methods, such as:
- transfer (traditional bank, the post office or via electronic banking),
- online payments (transfers express from the bank account, PayPal account or credit card made online, immediately after placing the order),
- cash on delivery (for purchases of up to 1000 zł do not require a deposit or prepayment, the entire amount of the order, you can regulate the reception of furniture; with cash on delivery you use when you pay an advance for orders with a higher value, while the rest will pay the courier),
- installment (mBank offer favorable rates for purchases from 300 to 20 000 zł).

For which the account number should be paid for my order?
Bank details for payment for the order is: MP STUDIO, st. Lipowa 14, 63-645 Łęka Opatowska, SANTANDER BANK POLSKA nr PL 42 1090 1144 0000 0001 2180 7500, SWIFT: WBKPPLPP. You will also receive an account number to your email message confirming your order. Remember to enter the number of your order on transfer title.
How much time do I have to pay for the order?
You have 7 days to pay (transfer of all or advance) orders from the time of its submission. After that date, the order will be canceled. This term does not apply to orders accounted for as cash on delivery.
I have not made payment in due time, but I still want to buy furniture. What should I do?
If, for independent reasons, you could not pay for the order and it was removed from the system, please contact our Customer Service. We will help you place a new order or resume is canceled.
How to buy furniture in installments?
When ordering, select the prepaid and choose mRaty. After confirmation of purchase will be taken to the bank, where you fill out a form online . After receiving positive credit decision, you accept the agreement also via the internet. Then the bank will transfer funds from the loan to account of the shop, and we begin to process your order. Can I pay an advance instead of a whole?
Yes. After confirming the order you will receive an email with a request to make a deposit with account number. You may pay all or an advance of 30% of the contract value. After paying the the advance, the amount to settle the remainder of the reception of furniture.
Can I buy furniture paying only when receiving?
You can, but cash on delivery without advances offer only for purchases totaling up to 1000 zł. Above that amount, we require advance payment of 30% of the contract value. Pay the difference to the courier when receiving the goods.
What determines the price of transport furniture?
Delivery price of furniture depends on their weight and gage of. In the case of orders of of 4000 zł, cost of transport is not greater than 160 zł. For purchases in excess of this amount, purchased furniture will provide you for free.
How much it costs delivery of my order?
Transport costs is fixed and independent of the place where you live. For orders up to 4000 zł they amount to 20 zł, 30 zł, 50 zł, 80 zł, 100 zł, 120 zł and 160 zł. These costs are only valid on Polish territory. Purchases above the amount of 4000 zł provide you free of charge.
Do you ship furniture beyond the borders of Poland?
Yes. We provide shipping furniture to all EU countries. For transport pricing, please contact our Customer Service.
Furniture we provide our transport and courier companies DPD, DHL, UPS. We realize international orders via the shipping company. More on the available modes of transport, see here.
Is delivery including bringing furniture for the apartment?
No. We will inform you of the delivery date, so that you can prepare and organize the appropriate number of people to bring furniture.
How will I know when my order will be delivered?
Shipments of furniture realize from Monday to Friday. We will notify you by phone or email about the planned delivery date. Do not send your furniture without proof of readiness to receive the goods in a given day.
Do I have an impact on the day and time of delivery?
In the case of transport of furniture our cars have an impact on the day and time of delivery. Remember however, that will not always be possible, because we combine shipping with delivery to our other customers and try to meet all expectations. When it comes to courier it when ready goods to give, you will have the right to choose the time of delivery. Unfortunately you do not have influence on the hour courier deliveries.
Can I pick up in person the ordered goods?
It is possible, but it depends on the type of product purchased. In order to arrange details, please contact our Service Office.
Delivered furniture is damaged. What to do in this situation?
If after delivery you notice that the furniture is damaged, you should make a complaint. To do this, you need to send us e-mail or by post the completed and signed complaint form. You can also attach a picture of the damaged element - much speed up the processing of your complaint. In the event of damage to the courier, remember that in the presence of the person delivering goods to write down appropriate damage protocol.

If you have a defective one component self assembly furniture, then replace the item in a few days. If you bought factory assembled furniture, repair their will take care specialist service of the manufacturer. Receiving, repair and re-delivered last not longer than 30 days.
Within how many days can return your goods?
Unused and undamaged goods you can return without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. To do this send us a completed and signed application form of the return along with a copy of the invoice or receipt. Remember, that when the furniture was prepared on the basis of individual specifications or they are adapted to your needs (for ex. performance the furniture in a customized or entrusted fabric, customized wood color, changing the size of the product) you are not entitled to withdraw from the agreement.
Who bears the cost of returning the goods to the store?
According to the law, this cost is covered by the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal, together with the original invoice or sales confirmation.
How will be refunded me the money for the returned goods?
Following a referral the goods, the value of the entire order is returned by bank transfer to your bank account within 14 days.
